4. Photocopy of previous visa/s for the past 10 years
5. Booking certificate
6. Hotel confirmation
7. Certificate of employment indicating salary and duration of leave
8. Bank certificate and bank statement
9. Original birth and marriage certificate NSO
10. Income tax return (ITR)
11. If self employed, official business registration
12. If student, proof of enrollment at the school, college, university.
13. Photo copy of all documents submitted
